[edit]I believe that the updates and edits being made to this article are off to a great start! You removed several key sections from the original piece that struck me as unnecessary such as the Lead paragraph and the paragraph titled, "Rensis Likert Associates." Both of these sections were important points in Likert's life; however, the information provided was overtly vague and ambiguous and failed to give a complete account of his life and impact.
The only two changes that I would have made were to elaborate further on his "Open Interviewing" and "Management Systems" sections, and keep the section titled "Likert Scale" in the article. Each of these sections were what made Rensis Likert a well-known figure in the field of psychology and paved the way for modern marketing that has propelled business' revenues for the past several years. I see where your mind was at when you decided to remove the "Likert Scale" section, since the information can easily be found on a separate article. However, in order for this page to receive a greater amount of views, I believe it would be great for you to provide some more information on this topic and still embed the link to the other article.
