East Ledang, Nusajaya

East Ledang is a 275-acre resort-themed, gated residential estate located in Nusajaya, Johor, Malaysia.

Location

East Ledang is situated in the south-west of the state of Johor and is approximately 12 kilometers by road from the Tuas Checkpoint in Singapore.

The estate, developed by UEM Land, is being built in phases and will comprise of 7 phases. The last phase is expected to be completed by 2015. [1]

 The estate is being built in phases and will eventually have a total of 7 such phases. In early 2012, Phase 1 (Serenity Park) was completed. The other phases are:

Harmony Park (Phase 7 and 8)

Affinity Park
Enchanted Park
Reflection Park

Average reported travel times to Singapore CBD is about 45 mins. By 2012, the frequency of public transport will be increased, a shuttle from LegoLand will be every 30 mins or less. By 2016 East Ledang will also be connected to Singapore's Tuas Link MRT via the extensive bus network, with increased frequency.

East Ledang is protected by ELSIS, the country's most advanced security system, with anti fence intrusion alert, infra red sensors, anti cut alert, anti climb alert, vehicle tracking system and plate recognition technology, designed by the world famous GE Security, the same security consultants of the American Embassies worldwide.

East Ledang is also one of the few zones in Malaysia to be linked up with FTTH (Fibre to The Home) Fast Speed Internet access.

Ever since the announcement of the LegoLand, NewCastle University, Dutch Maritime University, MDIS Singapore, Raffles University Singapore just minutes away from East Ledang, the area is now one of the residential hotspot adjacent to Singapore.

As prices on property in the republic of Singapore continue to rise to new peaks, East Ledang has become the new "Jurong/Punggol" of Singapore, with many savvy persons investing into the future by securing for themselves freehold landed properties or condominiums which are now harder to find in the republic.

Surrounding East Ledang will be the New Johor Admin Centre, Iskandar Financial District, Sri KDU International School, Edu City, Marlboroungh College and many more developments.

A nearby town is Bukit Indah.
