It wasn't actually from a new account, but from an old vandalism-only account which for some reason has never been blocked. But I'm suggesting it here anyway as I think (1) it shows the article is under-watched and (2) if the account had been blocked originally the perpetrator would just have come back with a new one, so I think it fits the spirit of this proposal. He has a history of supporting terrorism and has said and done some pretty reprehensible things, but even he doesn't deserve this. There are some pretty disgusting edits in the history.     Bongwarrior, yes, but I'm not sure how that makes a difference. Steve, there's more. This stuck for a few hours. I find the original edit I linked to troublesome because it's false. Defamatory? Not sure. Definitely vandalism. Enigmamsg 04:52, 11 May 2009 (UTC)
    Done. I don't believe that it is relevant that an IP reverted the vandalism, as it does not alter the potential harm caused. The scope of this page is "simple vandalism", so I feel that the original request diff qualifies. Kevin (talk) 05:03, 11 May 2009 (UTC)
