Option 1[edit]

  1. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2023_World_Lacrosse_Championship
    1. Title - 2023 World Lacrosse Championship
    2. Evaluation - I would like to do this article because I am a lacrosse player and am very interested in this topic. The article makes no reference to the fact that for these world games they are changing the generic lacrosse rules. I could add a whole section on what the new rules for this event would be. The subject heading would be sixes and in the section would explain the original rules of lacrosse and then what they are changing them to and why they are doing it. This article is also a stub rated article so there is lots of room for improvement.

Option 2[edit]

  1. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chub_Cay
    1. Title - Chub Cay
    2. Evaluation - I would like to do this article because I have visited this island in the Bahamas two or three times and I found the island super intriguing. This is something that I can also add a lot of information to because it is another stub article. There is so much missing information about the island and ownership of the island that I can write about. Sport fishing is a massive attraction in this area of the Bahamas due to it being located on the tongue of the Bahamas. Also, the island itself happens to be one of the smallest in the Bahamas with a very small population. There is a giant divide on the island between the native islanders and the private household owners. There is one singular bar on the island which the natives and the vacationers go to at night in terms of the nightlife.

    1. Is it written neutrally?
      1. yes.
    1. Does each claim have a citation?
      1. No, the only citation is in reference to the 2010 census and has nothing to do with the rest of the content on the page.
    1. Are the citations reliable?
      1. The census used to be reliable, but is now outdated given the fact there is a 2020 census to replace it.
    1. Does the article tackle one of Wikipedia's equity gaps (coverage of historically underrepresented or misrepresented populations or subjects)?
      1. Yes, this is a misrepresented population and country. The information that is provided in reference to Bahamian natives is slim to none.

Option 3[edit]

  1. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delray_Beach_Tennis_Center
    1. Title - Delray Beach Tennis Center
    2. Evaluation - I would like to do this article because I grew up less than 5 minutes from the Delray Beach Tennis Center and one of the biggest tennis stars that is emerging right now, Coco Gauff, has played on these courts since she was young. There is no written section on this page about the younger star and I feel like there is enough information to add a segment on her. This is also listed as a stub article so there is room for improvement on the post itself. I could also talk about how her influence is putting Delray Beach on the map, especially the tennis center itself as she grew up in the area. Serena Williams also filmed some of her gatorade commercials on the courts of the tennis center as well. Talking about the emergence and growth of the tennis center would be easy to talk about due to these things happening within the past decade. Delray Beach’s growth also has to be noted as it went from a small beach town in the 90’s to a sizable small city that is a hotbed now for tourists.

      3. https://www.delraytennis.com/coco-gauff-at-the-delray-beach-tennis-center/
  1. Is the article's content relevant to the topic?
    1. No, the article’s content is outdated and has no recent information about the tennis stars that have played on the courts recently. The center now has lessons available and a second location that is also not recognized.
  1. Is it written neutrally?
    1. Yes
  1. Does each claim have a citation?
    1. No, there are only external links and there are no references on the site.
  1. Are the citations reliable?
    1. There are no citations.
  1. Does the article tackle one of Wikipedia's equity gaps (coverage of historically underrepresented or misrepresented populations or subjects)?
    1. This article tackles the coverage of historically underrepresented subjects. Coco Gauff is an African American tennis star. She is young and has made her claim to fame. Her upgrowing and community service to the area she was raised in should be recognized here.

Option 4[edit]

  1. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/College_Football_News
    1. Title - College Football News
    2. Evaluation - I would like to do this article because I enjoy watching College and NFL football. This page is very outdated when it comes to the references and images. One of the images shows a picture of college football in 2005-2006 which was more than a decade and a half ago. The reference section is very minimal and small. The description is only about 5-6 sentences. There is a lot of room for improvement on this post and it is also rated stub class article. I definitely believe I could improve this post tremendously.

      3. https://247sports.com/
    1. Is the article's content relevant to the topic?
      1. The article’s content is relevant to the topic, but can be more in depth. The article also needs to be updated. The College Football News website join Scout.com, but since then, Scout.com has gone bankrupt and sold itself to Paramount Global.
