My name is Kris. I live in central Illinois. My interests lie in the sciences, computers, and Catholicism. In the sciences: I have a bachelor's level degree in Chemistry Education, but greatly enjoy physics, chemistry, biology, anatomy, etc. In computers: I have been using various Linux and UNIX distributions since my adolescence (Mandrake, Red Hat, SuSE, FreeBSD, Gentoo, and now Ubuntu); I have taught myself UNIX administration, CLI operation, and programming in Python and Lua to at least the level of Hobbyist. In Catholicism: I am interested in liturgy, Church history, and theology.
