Jeremiah Hall Palmer (born December 1, 1980 in Cynthiana, Kentucky) is a regular small-town guy.
Early Life[edit]
Jeremiah was born in Cynthiana, Kentucky. He graduated from Harrison County High School in 1999. Following graduation, he began work in a small restaurant in Georgetown, Kentucky which later closed. Soon thereafter, Jeremiah began to work at a consumer electronics dealership in Cynthiana. It was during this time that he gained an interest in amateur radio.
In 2003, Jeremiah reconnected with a former love-interest, Diana Richardson. The two were soon wed and established a family.
Jeremiah has studied at Maysville Community and Technical College & Sullivan University for Information Technology and is currently studying at American Public University for Emergency Management online, yet has not graduated from any college or university.

Jeremiah currently studies online and fills the roles of parent and homemaker during most of the day. When time is available, he maintains the Harrison County Emergency Management Agency website. Jeremiah also actively participates in preparation for and recovery from disaster events with the agency when called upon.
