Hello! I am Kelsyan (Kelsey) & I am a recent library school graduate from the American Southwest.

About me

Education

I graduated with my BA in Environmental Studies from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. I graduated with my MLIS from Kent State University.

Work

I have worked in libraries since 2013 & have never looked back! I love books & reading, but I also love information sharing & helping others find relevant information to make their lives better, easier, &/or more interesting.

Personal

I am the oldest of three siblings & have a large extended family. I am very happily married & have a dog named Bluebeard, after my & my husband's favorite Kurt Vonnegut novel (see below).

Dietary Restrictions

I am lactose-intolerant & thus cannot have dairy products. Luckily, I have found ways to handle these restrictions, like ordering pizza without cheese or finding amazing dairy-free ice cream options from Ben & Jerry's!

I am also allergic to avocados & peanuts (although not severely).
