Background

KVAN is a female Ugandan artist and songwriter

Born on 10th July 1997 as a fourth born among six.She is a Mugisu born in Jinja but moved to Kampala later on.

Started composing music at the age of nine where by then,it came through emotions unknowingly.In Victoria Nile School,she joined school choir where she was a lead solfa vocalist.

She discovered her music potential as a rapper while in senior one,joined MDD as a writer,poet,rapper and dancer until her senior six in highschool at Buddo ss.

She points out that she met a number of producers she worked with on various projects but always got minimised until 2017 when she met GreeneAmani who gave her platform and believed in her.She then released projects off her album Queenkong such as Show dem,Tabaaza,Backoff,Shuga daddy and many yet to be heard.

She is termed as the goodest girl around town a.k.a KVAN and surely once you listen to her music,you can tell the sky is her limit.
