José Salvador was born in Lisbon, Portugal in the year of 1974.

Licensed in Computer Science and Management by the Instituto Superior de Ciências do Trabalho e da Empresa in Lisbon, developed in his early years a career in Computer Science. During those years, working as a consultant and software developer, the contact with several types of organizations in size, in business models and in cultures allowed him to understand specific problems of the work environment and of business strategy.

Since 2004, having contact with a totally different culture, after moving to Luanda, Angola, he started his work in applying the tools used in software development to better describe the concepts and approaches to Organizations Top Level Management, known as Strategic Management.

He looks at the Organization as a set of complex parts that work together, work differently and interact in the same way with the Strategic Management.
