Joel Bailey (born April 30, 1976) is an American bass player. He began his professional career in 1994, touring with the American pop band Sixpence None The Richer. He has since gone on to record and tour with a wide variety of artists including Shiloh, Amy Lepard, Societys Finest, Gary Kyle and more. Most recently he has been touring and performing with Erik Neff, 80 Proof, and American Zeros.

He currently resides in Dallas, TX and has an active touring and recording schedule. He mainly performs with Fender basses and Ampeg amplifiers.
