[edit]Elena Matei is a Fashion Model based in Los Angeles, California. She has worked with Victoria's Secret, done numerous campaigns and runway shows.
Biography
[edit]Matei was born in Moldova. Her mom is Russian and her dad is Siberian. Though she considers herself to be from everywhere, she was discovered in Romania in 2012. She has modeled around the world since.
Modeling
[edit]Matei has modeled for editorials and campaigns around the world for leading publications including Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, Marie Claire, Vogue and Haunted Magazine. She was the cover model for The One in 2014, Rumours Magazine in 2014, 2017, and 2018, and both QP Magazine and Acqualina Magazine in 2018. She has worked campaigns for “Raw Spirit” Fragrance, Guess, Sports Illustrated, and Victoria’s Secret. and is one of the Angels featured in Russell James’ art book The Angel. James’ book is said to feature the most beautiful women in the world, ranging from Gigi Hadid and Cindy Crawford to Rihanna. Matei is represented by Women Management, Elite Los Angeles, Elite Miami and Elite New York.
