Examples of good feedback
A good article evaluation can take a number of forms. The most essential things are to clearly identify the biggest shortcomings, and provide specific guidance on how the article can be improved.
Honestly, kind of shocked that the original Wiki page does not have more regarding to Acetyltransferase; however, I think you add some important contributions with a solid overall description to start.
One thing I would definitely change prior to it being published on the Wiki main page would be to cite information within the lead paragraph. although you have different citing sources within the table of different Acetyltransferase I do still think adding citations to specific information within the lead would strengthen the article quite a lot.
Other than that I think you will have made a good amount of contribution to the main Wiki page.
