Mike Stilman is an American roboticist and a Assistant Professor at the Center for Robotics and Intelligent Machines at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Stilman is known for his work in Navigation Among Movable Obstacles (NAMO)

Stilman attended Stanford University and received his BS in Mathematics and MS in Computer Science in 2003. He then moved to the Robotics Institute at Carnegie Mellon University where he received MS and PhD degrees in Robotics, advised by James J. Kuffner, Jr and Christopher G. Atkeson. Stilman joined the faculty at Georgia Tech in 2008 where he now directs the Humanoid Robotics Lab.
