Organizational Ethics: Is the [ethics] of an Organizations, and it is how an organization ethically responds to an internal or external stimuli. Organizational ethics is inter-dependent upon the [organizational culture]. Akin to organizational behavior (OB) and business ethics, organizational ethics is not OB, nor is it solely business ethics. Organizational ethics expresses the actions (or responses) of an organization to its employees and/or other entities despite governmental regulations or laws.

Overview of the Field The organizational ethics of Eron (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enron) provides an example of questionable and fraudulent accounting. Organizations that have encouraging organizational cultures will have a longevity and good organizational ethics. There are four elements that exist in organizations that make it conducive for ethical behavior in organization.
