Ashley Ramos has developed process-driven growth initiatives as an entrepreneur by focusing on strategic partnerships built to deliver substantial and tangible results. By identifying critical milestone achievements for partners' missions, she organically leverages partner resources and strengths through carefully crafted, diligent business development strategies. Her extensive network has played a substantial role in the vision, planning, and execution, yielding a seamless value proposition with optimal organic lift.

Joining Nifty Gateway as the sixth team member and first Web3 project producer in 2020, Ashley became Head of Partnerships, furthering her focus on business development and brand growth. Assessing client needs and leveraging multiple platforms to provide services and products, helping clients achieve the best expression of their views in Web3.

By establishing and developing the Partnerships Department programs, she helped drive franchise value creation in addition to substantial revenue growth from 2020 to 2022. In the last 12 months, having  delivered net profit in excess of $96M, including the top grossing project in Web3. Several projects of note, including, but not limited to, The Fungible collection by Pak in Partnership with Sotheby's TP $17 Million. Liquid Summer collection by Playboy, in collaboration with slimesunday. Planet Paris by Paris Hilton in partnership with Blayke Kathern TP 1.6 million. Shadycon collection by Eminem TP $1.7 MIllion. Murge collection by Pak TP $92 Million.

As part of the talent that helped grow Nifty Gateway into a top-tier marketplace and multi-billion-dollar company, Ashley leverages her knowledge and relationships through Cur8Web3, a consultancy and principal investor. Cur8  scouts the market and helps align projects for presentation to cultural, corporate and institutional clients to complement their Web3 strategy. As the curator of partnerships with Sotheby's, Playboy, Parson school of design, Lehmann Maupin Gallery, Seneca Wome, and Bonham's auction house. The young CEO strives to build growth initiatives with a focus on partnerships to further the growth of Cur8 portfolio companies, leveraging business development skills to accomplish the mission and growth objectives. Cur8 is launching its first Web3 fund with notable partnerships in 2H22.
