JMSWDLY is a user who has been tasked by CivicHacks to learn how to edit Wikipedia articles. CivicHacks does not currently have a history of editing Wikipedia, nor does JMSWDLY. However, JMSWDLY is a long-time and eager writer and editor, and pledges to only make changes that fall within Wikipedia's guidelines and benefit the larger community, though some will be changes asked for by CivicHacks.
