Czarinah Isabella de Belen Estrada (born January 13, 1992) better known as Inah de Belen is a Filipino television actress who played the role of Maricel "Mama Cel" Reyes in the GMA Network's remake of the 1981 Maricel Soriano film Oh, My Mama!^[1] and Deshna/Luna in the 2016 remake of Encantadia (2016 TV series). She also appeared alongside Paolo Ballesteros and Christian Bables in the 2016 Metro Manila Film Festival movie, Die Beautiful, as Shirley Mae.

de Belen was a former Star Magic artist with notable appearances in Wansapanataym Classics, Ipaglaban Mo!, Ang Probinsyano and some episodes of Maalaala Mo Kaya. While still in Star Magic, she also had brief TV appreances in TV5 shows such as Wattpad Presents, Lola Basyang and a Philippine TV remake of the Korean drama, Baker King (Philippine TV series).
