Danny Malone is an independent singer/songwriter from Texas^[1] who has been playing shows since he was 14^[2].

History

Danny first recorded under the moniker Microphoner^[3]. Although Danny was raised in Dallas he now records at the Hot Tracks^[4] studio in Austin. In 2008 Danny released the EP "Baby Bleu". After making a video for "Baby Bleu" [1] it was featured on YouTube and Danny has subsequently enjoyed unexpected exposure on the Web. Later that year Danny competed for a chance to play at Austin City Limits and although he made it to the last round he did not make the final cut. A recurring theme of Danny's performance and life philosophy involves dancing [2].
