The company was incorporated in 2006 as TechAspect Solutions, Inc.

TA Digital was founded by Rajiv Rohmetra and Tera Koti Reddy on February 07, 2000 as TechAspect Solutions, LLC.[1]
In January 2006, TechAspect Solutions, LLC was converted to a California Stock Corporation as TechAspect Solutions, Inc.
In September 2018, TechAspect Solutions, Inc. announced its rebranding, which would change the company brand name to TA Digital. It was stated that the rebranding would reflect the company’s work in digital transformation solutions and services.[2]

TA Digital engages in the implementation of web content management, e-commerce and digital marketing platforms. It specializes in the creation of complete digital ecosystems for enterprises by performing integrations with enterprise search, social media, analytics, marketing automation, CRM, ERP, and commerce platforms. The company serves multinational IT, health insurance, higher education, financial services, real estate, technology and specialty materials, transportation, hospitality, global telecom, agro-retail, European gas, IT networking, and equipment rental companies, as well as sports associations.[3]
TA Digital has strategic partnerships with Adobe, Microsoft, Sitecore, Acquia, Episerver, Magento, SAP Hybris, Elastic Path, Big Commerce, Marketo, Coveo and IBM Watson Marketing.
Recently, TA Digital partnered with Elastic Path and Acquia to launch CommerceFactory, a fully-managed, headless experiential commerce platform.[4] TA Digital joined the BigCommerce Partner Program to provide digital commerce to online retailers[1].
