Naser Aliji (* 27 December 1993 in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia) is a Swiss-Macedonian professional footballer who plays as a defender for FC Basel in the Swiss Super League.

Aliji was born in Skopje and lived there until he was four years old, at which time his mother moved to Basel in Switzerland to join his father who had been working there for many years. He started his youth football with Basel in 2008. Later he played in their U-18 team and in their U-21 team where he received various individual prices as the youngster of the year.[1][2]

He signed his first professional contract on 20 June 2013 and joined their first team.[3] Aliji made is first team debut on 17 August as he was substituted in during the Swiss Cup first round match against BSC Old Boys.[4] He played his first match in the starting eleven in the Swiss Cup Quarterfinal against Le Mont on 5 February 2014 as Basel won 6–1. A minute before half time he gave the final pass as Marco Streller scored the third goal of the game.[5]
