Guido Reinke is a SME in regulation and business assurance. After working for the European Commission’s Information Society Directorate General in Brussels in 1996, he worked for more than 10 years on various regulatory compliance programmes for two Big 4 Firms. Guido Reinke completed a Ph.D. on business influence on EU ICT regulation and standards (University of London) and lectures the “controls and regulation” module of the course on techno-legal aspects at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). His research interests and main contributions – relevant for scholars and practitioners – are the Industry Governance theory, the Regulatory Compliance matrix, the Policy Influence model and the Four-Level model of ICT stakeholder influence.
