I became a Wikipedian with the mission to add more in regards to Judaism, particularly in the field of the nonprofits. The Talmud (Yevamos 79A) hailes the Jewish nation as 'Rachmanim' (Lit. compassionate) and 'Gomlei Chasadim' (Lit. performing acts of kindness), thus the Jewish people are known for their generosity. There are many and perhaps hundreds of notable Jewish nonprofits and much of it can be put to light through Wikipedia.
I'd like to thank another editor, Joe407, who has also placed his efforts towards remaking, editing and adding articles on Jewish nonprofits. You too are encouraged to join in these efforts.
Here I will list the next article(s) or project(s) I plan to work on. I would appreciate your help and assistance in writing them and getting more information and sources about them (kindly place them in my Talk page under Future Projects. More ideas about notable mention-worthy Jewish organizations are welcome.
