The World Wheel Royale (Formally Called Miss UN in the 1st-13th Editions and FIBRA World Cup in the 15th-40th Editions) is a Spin the Wheel International event and the first-ever international event that uses luck and wheels as the main format for winning and qualifying for the said event. It is run by the founder, GawkyBubble.
The World Battle Royale is the first-ever and the most prestigious associated Spin the Wheel event in the world, as well as one of the most widely viewed and followed Spin the Wheel event in the world. The average viewership of a World Battle Royale edition was estimated to be 500 Million to 700 million, while the average engagements of the World Battle Royale were estimated to be 1.3 Billion to 1.6 Billion. The most viewed edition of this event was the 100th edition of World Battle Royale (the centenary event of the World Battle Royale) was estimated to be 1.56 Billion Views, while the engagements are around 2.37 Billion (1/4 of the world population), and the 100th editions made history as the one most watched televised international event in the world.

[edit]All 210 Nations are eligible to compete and qualify for the finals nights. And they would go in a Preliminary Competition to qualify, and after the Preliminary Competition, the wheel will determine the Top 40 Nations who now qualified for the Finals with usually happened 2 days after the Prelims.

The 200th World Battle Royale is the 200th edition of the World Battle Royale. It took place in Spain from August 22 to August 31, 2023, after the country awarded the hosting rights in August 15, 2023.
The tournament phase involved 32 teams, of which 31 came through qualifying competition, while as the host nation Spain,qualified automatically. It was held in 5 venues with 64 matches played across Madrid and Barcelona.
Bidding Process & Host Selection
[edit]The Bidding Process of the 200th World Battle Royale has five (5) rounds of Bidding Evaluation to determine the five (5) Candidate Cities for hosting the 200th World Battle Royale. The first round begins with the submission of Applicant City Bids Begins on a three-day Application Period, and the expected cities that would apply are 76+ cities, with a minimum of 30 cities. The Second Round is the handpicking of the applied cities by the creator of the FIWA and they would choose 50 Applicant City Bids. It will follow the Continental format for this format. The Third Round starts when the FIWA Committee would have a Comprehensive Selection to determine the Top 20 Applicant Cities Bids by the Top 50 Cities Bids and reducing it to Top 20, and the Committee would reveal the Top 20 Applicant Cities Bids. And then, the Top 20 Cities would face the Two-Day Inspection of the venues of the Top 20 Applicant Cities Bids to come up to the 5 final Candidate Cities that the Committee would choose as the Top 5 best Venues to host the 200th World Battle Royale. And finally the Final Round would be the 2nd FIWA Session, this session would announce the Host City for the 200th World Battle Royale by Voting of the FIWA Committee.
Rules

- The Venue should have 40,000+ Capacity
- The Venue should have the capabilities that the FIWA Organization demands
- Twin-or-More City Hosting are allowed
- Twin-or-More Nation Hosting are NOT allowed
- Venues that was used between 150th WBR until 199th WBR that are also Applied for this edition are less likely get the official bidding, the more recent the venue was used of a WBR edition, the less possibility that the venue would get the official bidding.
- Submission of the Applicant City Bids will end in August 11, 2023, late submission will be ruled out.
- Disqualifying a Applicant City can happen when an Applicant City is failed to accomplish the FIWA demands for the hosting rights of the City.

First Round
[edit]The Submission of Applicant City Bids for the hosting rights of the 200th World Battle Royale was announced on August 7, 2023. And the Submission dates begins on August 9, 2023, at 6 am (Manila Time) and ends on August 11, 2023, at 12 MN (Manila Time) with 76+ cities that are expected to Apply and with a minimum of 30 cities that would apply. 150 Cities Applied to host the 200th World Battle Royale, it overwhelmed the expectation of 76+ cities that FIWA expected.
Second Round
[edit]The 150 Cities that applied for the hosting rights of the 200th World Battle Royale are narrowed to the Top 50 Applicant City Bids that were handpicked by the creator of the WBR/FIWA. The Top 50 Applicant City Bids were revealed on August 12, 2023, at 6 pm (Switzerland Time). The creator has criteria for these Top 50 Cities to be an Official Applicant City for the Second Round, and this round has followed the Continental Format for these Top Cities; North America has 12 entries, South America has 6 entries, meanwhile Africa has 5 entries, then Asia has 10 entries, and lastly, Oceania has 2 entries, for a total of 50 entries.
Third Round
[edit]The FIWA/WBR Committee had comprehensively evaluate all of the Top 50 Applicant City for them to narrow the field into Top 20 Applicant Cities. They started the evaluation of Top 50 Cities on August 12, 2023 7 pm (Manila Time) Until August 13, 2023 6 am (Manila Time). After they selected their Top 20 Applicant Cities, the Committee Revealed the Top 20 Applicant Cities Via YouTube Live at 7:30 AM (General Santos City), and these cities are;

[edit]After the Top 20 Applicant City Announcement, the FIWA/WBR Committee has flew across the World with the Top 20 Cities as their destination. The Top 20 Cities would face the Two-Day Inspection of their chosen venue as their Official Venue for the 200th World Battle Royale. The Committee started the inspection on August 13,2023 at 1 pm Until August 14, 2023 10:30 pm, to meet the best venues for the event, and especially the venue should has the demands and criteria that the Committee and the Organization looking for, and out of 20 Venues, the committee choose five (5) Candidate Cities for the 200th World Battle Royale City. After they determine the five (5) Candidate Cities, the Committee Reveal the Top 5 Official Candidate Cities for the 200th World Battle Royale in 8:00 pm (Switzerland Time), and these are; Mexico City, Johannesburg, Barcelona, Beijing, and Melbourne.
Final Round
[edit]The IWC voted the 5 Candidate Cities of the 200th World Battle Royale on August 15, 2023, on 6:00 pm (Athens Standard Time) at the 2nd IWC Meeting at Athens, Greece. The Format for the voting is as follows; their will be 4 rounds of voting, and each round, One City with the least votes will be Eliminated. Each round, the votes will get back to zero, until we get the Final two (2) Cities and the final round of voting, and whose city will ever gets the most votes, that City will be awarded as the Official Host of the 200th World Battle Royale and will gain the rights to host the tournament. 100 Committee Member Voted for the Host City of the 200th World Battle Royale. In the final vote, a head-to-head contest between Barcelona and Melbourne happened, and Barcelona is selected as the Host City of the event at 4:40 pm (Athens Standard Time) and 3:40 pm (Barcelona Standard Time) by 52 to 48 votes. And Barcelona was announced as the Host City at 6:33 pm (Greece Time) and 5:33 pm (Barcelona Time).

[edit]209 Member Nations of the World Battle Royale are eligible to enter qualification. Spain as the host, are qualified automatically for the tournament. The reigning champion, United States also participated in the qualifying tournament as usual.
Meanwhile the allocation of slots for each confederation was discussed by the FIWA/WBR Committee on August 15, 2023, in Athens during the 2nd IWC Meeting. The Committee decided that the 32 slot format would be chosen to use at the 200th Edition

- Eight (8) nations have achieved a back-to-back victories in the event, they are; Belgium (20th and 21st), New Zealand (115th and 116th), Tunisia (163rd and 164th), Panama (178th and 179th), Brazil (183rd and 184th), Italy (201st and 202nd), Kazakhstan (215th and 216th), and the most recent one is Thailand (240th and 241st)
- Malaysia currently holds the longest drought for winning the title, being the winner of the 3rd edition and finally taking the victory again in the 223rd edition, Breaking Chile's longest drought victories holder, winning in the 1st edition and waiting for 148 editions to win again in the 149th edition
- Austria currently holds the longest WBR drought Victory, winning the title in the 2nd edition and still waiting for their 2nd Win
- Brazil hosted most of the first 200 editions of WBR with 7 editions hosting the event
