The content itself is well written, with no apparent syntactical errors. I would maybe suggest coordinating the section on Frankland's publications/contributions into a paragraph or two instead of by sentences.

Overall evaluation

The article is very strong as it stands, adding multiple sources and new but still relevant information. My only suggestion is to reorganize the publications/contributions section, but overall the article is excellent.
