December 1982 -

Born in December 1982, Fozzy82 grew up in the city of Sunderland in the north east of England. After leaving school with 10 GCSE's, he entered a temporary labourer job to pay for his various adventures.

To date, this intrepid adventurer has visited 37 countries across the globe, covering the continents of Europe, Africa, Asia, Australasia, North America and South America. Some of his more notable destinations have included Moscow, the Inca city of Machu Picchu, Dubrovnik, Transylvania, Tokyo, Paris, Berlin, the Serengeti wildlife reserve, Singapore, Hong Kong, Venice and Cairo. He has also successfully climbed the tallest mountain in Africa, Mount Kilimanjaro and the worlds steepest commercially guided glacier, the Franz Josef glacier in New Zealand.

After several years of adventure, Fozzy82 returned to studies and gained 3 A-Level passes in English Language, Modern History and Ancient History and is now studying for a degree in Archaeology at the university of Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Enthusiastic in travel, archaeology, ancient and modern history, science and geography, Fozzy82 makes regular contributions in these fields and other wide ranging topics.
