SedFit is a piece of software [1] written at the National Institutes of Health for analysing microhydrodynamic data, in particular the results of analytical ultracentrifugation experiments. The main author is Peter Schuck [2]

The fitting process is [3]somewhat involved, since the model is a mixture of exponentials which is theoretically hard to fit in the presence of noise; careful experimental design is important.
