It one of the 33 members of Actua.[2] It delivers STEM-related classroom workshops, summer camps, clubs, and other events in approximately 70 communities throughout northern Alberta and the Northwest Territories.[3] It primarily targets youth between the ages of 6 and 18.[4][5][6][7]

The organization has received several awards, including the Google RISE (Roots in Science and Engineering) Award for 2013 and 2014.[8][9]
