Sonja is active in FENS[2] (Federation of NGOs in Serbia), European Movement Serbia[3], European ECO Forum[4], and she is the President of the EcoForum workshop.

Together with Neda Bozinovic and Marinka Romanov Areri, Sonja delivered the petition to the Serbian General Staff building.

She was the first to arrive in a refugee camp in Krnjača by request of Sojna Liht and later continued to coordinate the work of nine refugee camps on the territory of Belgrade county.
