Logseq is a free and open-source outlining software used for note-taking, personal knowledge management, and task management. It emphasizes privacy and local plain text files, either in Markdown or Org-mode format. Logseq is developed by Logseq, Inc.

Logseq does not store notes in folders; rather, pages are created in a non-hierarchical structure. Users take notes in an outline, with each bullet referred to as a "block." Notes can be linked to other notes via wikilinks, and each link creates a backlink. Individual blocks can also be linked.

Logseq is cross-platform, with desktop applications for the MacOS, Microsoft Windows, and Linux operating systems, as well as mobile applications for iOS and Android. Users of Logseq can also open their local graph on Logseq's website.
