Joseph Serrano (born August 15, 1992) is a Puerto Rican professional basketball player. Born in Baltimore, Maryland he started high school at Osbourn Park in Manassas, Virginia before attending three different schools in the United States, including Massanutten military academy in Woodstock, Virginia. A former Junior College signee where he began playing for Montgomery College at the college level, but after the junior college level, he received many scholarship offers and decided to sign at receiving limited playing time, he transferred to Webber International University ,where he earned all-conference honors.[1][2][1]
