Dibyendu Biswas was born in 18 September 1976 at Faridpur. His primary and secondary school was Gazna Primary School and Gazna PC High School. He passed successfully from this school at 1991 with first division. His Higher secondary College was Government Rajendra College, Faridpur and passed successfully with first division from science group in 1993. He admitted at Bangladesh Agricultural University 1993 in the faculty of veterinary science and earned DVM degree in 2000 and also earned MS degree from the same university in 2002.
