He comes from Gyeongseong. While attending Gyeongbok Middle School in Gyeongseong, he decided to participate in the independence movement from the fourth grade of Gyeongbok Middle School in 1939 under the influence of Han Yong-woon, Ahn Jae-hong, and Yeo Un-hyung. In addition to some students from the same school, Nam Sang-gap, Gyeongseong Normal School Kim Seong-han, and Lee Kyung-chun, who were attending Jungang Middle School, decided to participate in the independence movement.

In 1941, at the house of Ju Nak-won, he participated in the organization of the Black and White Party, wrote a declaration, and made a platform and protocol. Later, with the aim of attacking the assassination of figures from the Governor-General of Joseon, Hong Geon-pyo and others secretly distributed handouts on the streets to print out the handouts urging them to participate in the independence movement. In addition, a looting plan was established at the school warehouse of Gyeongbok Middle School.

In March 1939, he passed Daedong Commercial School, But it has not been confirmed whether or not to go to school. Since then, he has continued his activities as a black-and-white party organization by meeting friends who went to or transferred to a higher school.

However, just before the event, in early 1942, Kim Chang-heum, a participant, was caught by Japanese military police, and a black-and-white party organization was revealed and wanted.

As the members of the Black-and-White Party became wanted, they decided to join the Korean Liberation Army, disbanded, divided into groups of two or three sporadically, and left for Manchuria, Shingyeong, abroad through different paths.

However, he was arrested in January 1944 by the Governor-General's detective, repatriated with other comrades caught in Beijing, Bongcheon, and Sinui, and imprisoned in Daejeon Prison. He was sentenced to eight years in prison by the Daejeon District Court during his imprisonment in Daejeon Prison. In August 1945, he was released from prison due to the liberation of 8.15 while being imprisoned in Daejeon Prison. He was alive at the time of liberation, but his future activities are unknown.
