Love and Synergy, published in 2009, is a book based on a true story, recounting one man’s experience during the last year of his life while battling acute myelogenous leukemia. [1] “Love and Synergy” is also a story about a family’s unconditional love and support for each other, and it ends as an inspiration to all who face similar journeys.[2]
Rebecca Loyd plans to donate a portion of her book royalties to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in honor of Jimmie Loyd, Herthel Crabtree, Ellen Barrett, and any other individual whose life has been affected by a blood-related cancer.[1]
