Dale Travis, American Opera Singer new article content ... Dale J. Travis was born in Pennington, New Jersey. He is a bass-baritone and is known for his basso-buffo roles.

He received his Bachelor of Music from Susquehanna University. He went on to receive his advanced degree from the College Conversatory at the University of Cincinnati.

When he is not performing, he resides in Harleysville, Pennsylvania with his wife and son.
