Vancouver Energy was a proposed rail-to-marine oil terminal in Vancouver, Washington. Proposed to be located at Terminal 5 of Port of Vancouver USA, it would have been the largest oil terminal in the United States if built. The project was started as a joint venture by Andeavor (then Tesoro) and Savage Companies in 2013. Governor Jay Inslee rejected the project in 2018, ending the long approval process for the project.
