MAURICE TOSH GAYFLOR (born July 23), better known by his stage name CIC, is a Liberian singer and songwriter from Monrovia.[1] .

Music career[edit]

CIC is a Liberian artist born in the township of Brewerville, Virginia in Montserrado, Liberia. He Started active music in 2013 and since have become a household name in the Liberian music industry. With numerous back to back hits like [2] Hello ft. Joey B, The one ft. Two times BET nominee Mzvee [3], Weekend ft Iyanya [4] and a star studded debut album featuring the likes of Medikal [5], Channel O multiple award winner,Buffalo Soulja,Aramide to name a few, he was also featured by Legendary beat maker MasterKraft.

He’s Currently the brand ambassador of Liberia’s telecom giant LONESTARCELL MTN [6] and the National AIDS Commission.

With the first Liberian artist to sell out a show in Melbourne and third behind Flavor and Bracket in numbers, he successfully toured Australia [7] in 2018. CIC have sold out numerous shows including back to back shows at Destiny event center and have also graced the stage with some of Africa’s biggest names including Tekno, Kcee, Mr. P, Iyanya and Kiss Daniel. He also had a performance in Ghana at the PONOBIOM concert alongside sarkodie,Stonebwoy,samini, Edem, etc. and led team Liberia to the ECOFEST in Sierra Leone.
