Zoo Trippin' is an indie rock band from Columbus, Ohio. Frontman Tony Casa and guitarist Lynn Roose III formed the band in 2014, backed by a varying rotation of collaborating musicians. The band has released five EPs and one full-length album, Purple.
Biography[edit]
Zoo Trippin' was formed by Tony Casa and Lynn Roose III in 2014.[1] From 2015 to 2017 they released three EPs with a varying roster of band members, and in 2017, they released their debut full-length record, a concept album titled Purple, inspired by mid-1800s composer Alexander Scriabin, and specifically, the concept of synesthesia.[2]
In 2018, the band performed alongside Jack White, Dropkick Murphys, Manchester Orchestra, and more on the Nissan Stage at Bunbury Music Festival.[3][4]
