    The Surrey Disco was a disco club in Davis Square in Somerville, MA.  Its location was behind the Rosebud Diner which has since been converted into a restaurant.  In its heyday, the pulsing sound of the disco beats cam from the #4 disco DJ in Boston, Stevie B who also worked at Kix in Kenmore Square, Boston. He now owns Patriot Vending and Amusements located in northern Massachusetts. No one could forget the classic closing song by Tavares, Goodnight My Love, which captured the end of t night mood.  Other popular Surrey Room classic songs were I'll Always Love My Mama by The Intruders, and No Goodbyes by Curtis Mayfield.
