unknown title is the upcoming seventeenth studio album by Welsh singer Bonnie Tyler, scheduled to be released on unknown date by unknown record company. The songs were written by Kevin Dunn and produced by John Carter Cash at the Cash Cabin Studios in Nashville, Tennessee. The album was announced by Tyler during the first leg of her Greatest Hits Tour in 2016.

Background[edit]

Tyler recorded her previous album Rocks and Honey in Nashville in 2012 with producer David Lyndon Huff. She announced plans to return to Nashville in 2016 during her Greatest Hits Tour. In conversation with Berliner Morgenpost she revealed that she would be recording with John Carter Cash. Studio sessions commenced in December.

Videography[edit]

Welsh singer Bonnie Tyler has released one video album and has appeared in various music videos, television shows, television commercials and in one film. While Tyler was signed to RCA Records between 1976 and 1981, she released three music videos for "Lost in France", "It's a Heartache" and "Sitting On the Edge of the Ocean". She also filmed three videos for the first and second season of The Kenny Everett Video Show.

Tyler's fifth album Faster Than the Speed of Night (1983) spawned the single "Total Eclipse of the Heart", whose music video was filmed at Holloway Sanatorium. Directed by Russel Mulcahy, it depicts Tyler as a high school teacher fantasizing about her students. She also released videos for "Have You Ever Seen the Rain", "Faster Than the Speed of Night" and "Take Me Back". In 1984, Tyler recorded "Holding Out for a Hero" for the Footloose soundtrack, and filmed a video at the Grand Canyon in Arizona, directed by Doug Dowdle. She also filmed a video for A Rockin' Good Way (to Mess Around and Fall in Love) with Shakin' Stevens. Her 1985 music video for "Loving You's a Dirty Job (but Somebody's Gotta Do It)" is based on a couple fighting. It was recorded as a duet between Tyler and Todd Rundgren, and features Welsh actor Hywel Bennett miming his lines. In 1986, Tyler filmed a video for her single "If You Were a Woman (And I Was a Man)" which received six nominations at the 1986 Billboard Video Music Conference.[1]

In 1986, Tyler released her first and only video album The Video, featuring eight music videos from her CBS years. "The Best" became her final video with CBS in 1988. Tyler continued to release videos in the 1990s; four with Hansa and one with EastWest. Since the 2000s, Tyler has released music videos less frequently, including Si demain... (Turn Around) with [[Kareen Antonn], "Louise" in 2005, "Believe in Me" in 2013 and "Love's Holding On" with Axel Rudi Pell in 2017.

Tyler has appeared in only one film, singing the title song for The World Is Full of Married Men in 1979 during the opening credits.

In addition to her music videos, Perry has voiced Smurfette in The Smurfs (2011) and its sequel The Smurfs 2 (2013). Her autobiographical documentary Katy Perry: Part of Me (2012) follows her through the California Dreams Tour and the breakdown of her marriage to comedian Russell Brand.[2][3] In the United States, the film is the eighth highest-grossing documentary of all time.[4] She has appeared in television shows, including in guest judging roles in American Idol and The X Factor, as well as hosting Saturday Night Live in December 2011. Perry has additionally starred in episodes for the television shows How I Met Your Mother, Raising Hope, and The Simpsons, and won the People's Choice Award for Favorite TV Guest Star for her appearance in How I Met Your Mother.[5] Perry also starred in a four-day long livestream event on YouTube in 2017 titled Katy Perry Live: Witness World Wide.





Welsh singer Bonnie Tyler has released three video albums and has appeared in twenty-eight music videos, two films, nine television shows, and two television commercials. While signed to RCA Records, Tyler released music videos for "Lost in France", "It's a Heartache" and "Sitting On the Edge of the Ocean". She also filmed three additional videos for The Kenny Everett Video Show.

The video for Tyler's 1983 single "Total Eclipse of the Heart" was directed by Russel Mulcahy, and features Tyler as a high school teacher fantasizing about her students. Other videos from her Faster Than the Speed of Night album include "Take Me Back", "Have You Ever Seen the Rain" and "Faster Than the Speed of Night". Tyler's first acting role was a brief appearance on Three of a Kind in 1983, and her first lengthy acting role was on the French comedy sketch series Y a-t-il encore un coco dans le show ?. BBC One Wales also produced a documentary on Tyler's career titled In One Voice, which was first broadcast in 2005.
