Bibliography
[edit]Jane's first book called "Fine Tuning" was written with the intention of helping people to not only recognize, but also to "tune" themselves into their own intuition.
Following the success of "Fine Tuning" and her growing reputation as an intuition expert, Jane was asked to put her knowledge to use writing a book about intuitive eating, resulting in her best-selling book "Am I Really Hungry?". The book is based on a number of interviews and observaations and reveals the triggers which dieters experience. Jane explained how intuition can be used to develop real life skills to help individuals stay in control of their eating habits.
Jane has also published another short book called "Knock Your Block Off", which offers a psychological approach on how to evercome writer's block.
