The graduate of the Faculty of the International Trade at the École supérieure de commerce de Rennes. In 1999 he won the Erasmus Scholarship, during which he studied at the Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw. At that time, he decided that in the future he would open a company in Poland. In 2005, he created a business plan and started searching for the investors in France. He finally decided on Sii, a company quoted on Paris Stock Exchange, and in January 2006, he established Sii sp. z o. o. He has 30% of the company's shares and the remaining 70% belong to Sii in France.


At the beginning, the company operated as an unknown start-up providing outsourcing services in the area of IT. Presently, the company employs over 2000 specialists and has its subsidiaries in 8 biggest Polish cities: Warsaw, Gdansk, Wroclaw, Poznan, Krakow, Lodz, Lublin and Katowice. The Sii’s offer has evolved over the years from simple staffing services to complex implementations, integrations, managed services and offshoring. At the moment, the company works for over 100 clients all over the world.


Over the last years, the company has received, 3 times in a row, The Best Pace to work in IT in Poland prize from Computerworld. Additionally, it has been awarded the Best Place to Work 2015 and it is constantly placed in the Forbes Diamonds and Business Gazelle rankings. All the taxes, both Nitot’s and Sii’s are paid in Poland.


In 2014, Gregoire Nitot won the title of Dream CEO in “HR Heroes” competition. Privately, he is in a relationship with a Polish woman with whom he raises three children.
