Personal Life
[edit]Anisha was born in Assam. Anisha Saikia's parents are Mahendra Kumar Saikia and Ranjumoni Saikia. She has spent most of her childhood in Guwahati, Assam. She was introduced to music early as her mother, Ranjumoni Saikia, is a All India Radio B High Grade Artist in Assamese modern songs and a Masters in Indian Classical Music.
Career
[edit]Anisha was a participant of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa 2016 and has been the lead singer for TV shows like Yaaron_Ki_Baraat_(TV_series) ZEE TV hosted by Riteish_Deshmukh and Sajid_Khan_(director) and Game on Zing TV hosted by Karan_Wahi. She sang Kheli Meli Mon for the Movie Local_Kung_Fu_2 2017 , Koi Nahi for the Netflix movie Chaman_Bahaar 2020. She sings predominantly in Hindi, Assamese and English but has also performed in various other languages. She has given her voice for many ad jingles for brands like Netflix, BIG_FM_92.7, iphone, Myntra, etc. She has been a voice over artist and singer for various kid shows on Disney, Helpsters, etc. She sang for Bollywood actors Kareena Kapoor and Katrina Kaif on a TV show Starry Nights for zee5 hosted by Komal_Nahta.
