Examples of good feedback
A good article evaluation can take a number of forms. The most essential things are to clearly identify the biggest shortcomings, and provide specific guidance on how the article can be improved.
I think you are making valuable contributions to the introduction in your draft! I do feel like maybe you could edit to have more neutral language in the last sentence in the introduction, and maybe add differing perspectives if you have those available.
I can see clear intentions to add items that I think will really help round out more of the article content, and there are many ways you could start to expand on it.
Perhaps by the end you may end up needing more resources, but the ones you have now seem of good quality.
It seems like you have good intentions to improving the organization as well.
