Florida "Rida" Lacsamana-Perez Robes (born July 27, 1971) is a Filipino from Bustos, Bulacan. A wife of Honorable Congressman Arthur B. Robes of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. She is a young entrepreneur, a socio-civic organizer, an events management expert, a human resource management consultant and a public servant.

She serves the House of Representatives of the Philippines as Chief Political Affairs Officer, concurrent to her engagements as President and Chief Marketing Officer of different private companies and establishments, such as FEM Leisure and Network Inc.[1], Green Option International Construction and Development Corporation - Bustos East Memorial Garden[2], RSVP Events Designer, and Project Asia Consultancy.

Early Life[edit]

Rida Robes was born in Bustos, Bulacan on July 27, 1971. She is a dynamic member of several socio-civic organizations like Congressional Spouses Foundation, Focus on Women Group, Gawad Kalinga[3], Council on Philippine Affairs (Region III), Rotaract Club of Timog, Morato Business Club and Kabataang Barangay (Bustos, Bulacan) and many more.

Rida obtained her Master Degree in Public Administration major in Public Personnel Management and Public policy at the American University[4]. She also completed her course in Executive Education for "Women and Power" at Harvard University[5] A hospitality industry practitioner graduated from St. Paul College in Manila with a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management.

She underwent executive trainings on "Strategies for Success" at the Dale Carnegie, International [6] in Hong Kong and Dr. Edward De Bono's "Creative Thinking" under the renowned mental expert Dr. Peter Low in Malaysia.

In 2013, Rida Robes and his husband Honorable Arthur B. Robes showed up in matching formal attire in Congress.[7]

Her colleagues and clients know her as a vibrant leader, an excellent communicator, a keen organizer, dedicated worker, and as a deeply religious woman.

She traces her roots from Bustos, Bulacan, as the eldest child of spouses Ricardo and Diosalinda Perez. Rida is married to three-term Congressman Arthur B. Robes of the Lone District of San Jose Del Monte City, Bulacan. She was invited on the SONA at the
