Introduction[edit]

Andrew Millward-Boyton is a British author, leader of change, coach, and psychotherapist born in 1968 in Epping, Essex. With a deep interest in the psychology of sustainable healthy relationships, Millward-Boyton has spent several years researching and writing about the subject.

Millward-Boyton studied for his diploma and Masters Degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling at The Berne Institute and University of Middlesex. His research has focused on understanding the dynamics of sustainable healthy relationships, and he has written several articles on the subject.

In addition to his work as a writer and researcher, Millward-Boyton worked as a psychotherapist with a private practice in Leamington Spa. He developed his R-Model theory with individuals, couples and groups to help them improve their relationships and achieve greater relational well-being.

Millward-Boyton is currently working on several new projects, including:

  • a start-up called Symphysis - to support the development and research of the R-Model.
  • a start-up called HumaGenics - a concept company that is dedicated to human progress and well-being, and that seeks to empower individuals and organizations to achieve their goals and thrive.
  • Writing and publishing a book called "One Team: Diving, Reviving, Surviving, Striving and Thriving Together."
