The 2004 United States Women's Curling Championship was held from February 28 to March 6, 2004 at the Grand Forks Curling Club and the Fido Purpur Arena in Grand Forks, North Dakota. The event was held in conjunction with the 2004 United States Men's Curling Championship. Patti Lank claimed her fourth United States Championship, defeating Debbie McCormick in the final. As National Champions, Team Lank went on to represent the United States at the 2004 World Women's Curling Championship in Gävle, Sweden, finishing in fourth place.
