The 2004 United States Men's Curling Championship was held from February 28 to March 6, 2004 at the Grand Forks Curling Club and the Fido Purpur Arena in Grand Forks, North Dakota. The event was held in conjunction with the 2004 United States Women's Curling Championship. Jason Larway claimed his fourth United States Championship, defeating Pete Fenson in the final. As National Champions, Team Larway went on to represent the United States at the 2004 World Men's Curling Championship in Gävle, Sweden, finishing ninth out of ten teams.
