Kelsey Scott is an American actress, writer, and vocalist. She is best known for her acting roles in 12 Years a Slave as Anne Northup and How to Get Away with Murder as Rose.
She began her career on The Robert Guillaume Show in 1989. Since then, Scott has appeared on numerous television shows such as Days of Our Lives, House, Grey’s Anatomy, Criminal Minds, True Detective, and NCIS. She is a reoccurring character on the web series Hollywood Girl. She also wrote for that web show.[1]
Career
[edit]On The Robert Guillaume Show, Scott played the daughter of the show's main character. Her character was named Pamela Sawyer. Her father was played by the titular character, Robert Guillaume. The show lasted 13 episodes, running from April 5, 1989 until July 19, 1989.[2]
In 2013, Scott played Anne Northup, the wife of main character, Solomon Northup, played by Chiwetel Ejiofor. Scott enjoyed her experience, remarking that she suspected the success of the film based off her fellow actors' performances.[3]
