Mehdi Abdi (persian: مهدی عبدی) (Born 1979) is a Iranian gobetrotter , photographer, journalist and tour guide.

Life

Mehdi Abdi was born in 1979 in Karaj and graduated in civil engineering . His travelling plan has begun from 2007 . He has been in 22 Asian, European and African countries, including 80 cities and 23 provinces of Iran, including 90 cities.

The total distance traveled by him is about 163,000 Km, which can be estimated 40000 km along the line of Equator . This is almost 4 times around the planet and 58 times around Iran the distance from Aslandooz (The northwestern) and Chabahar (The south eastern)

Since 2017, He has begun cooperating with press and every monday he has his own dedicated page in the newspaper Payam Ashena, which in each issue writes a part of his travel memoirs around the world and he considers a way of transferring his travel experiences to others , in eddition to journalism he also write different articles for magazines.
