Ante Pavelić, Mario Roatta Alessandro, Pirzio Biroli.... Yugoslav people?[edit]

I admit the invaders don't appear to fit the scope, but Pavelić can certainly be described as a "Yugoslav person", as in, a person from Yugoslavia. On the other hand, this more generic title gives the template a chance to include more notable people - quick examples might include the Righteous Among the Nations and people like Diana Budisavljević. G'day Joy, these categories probably need discussion. BTW, AP was Yugoslavian, whether he liked it or not. In the past, this cat has been for any notable people involved in Yugoslavia in WWII (previously the Yugoslav Front). We have an existing people tree that needs some careful thought about how we will reconstruct it in light of the demise of Yugoslav Front. I don't agree with Ad's WP:BATTLE behaviour, but I do agree that the move is premature. Some discussion is needed to ensure we have useful cats to replace what we have now. Criteria for inclusion[edit]

There has been recent inclusions of people that are of marginal importance at best. The Partisan personalities are basically national-level leaders and later corps or army commanders, the Germans are divisional or higher commanders but some recent Chetnik additions are equivalent to detachment commanders, and commanded only hundreds or at best a couple of thousand troops, compared to tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of troops for the Germans and Italians. We are not going to include every Chetnik commander, even down to the lowest level, are we? This would result in a ridiculous situation.
